Therapy for trauma, anxiety, panic, and the patterns that keep you stuck.
I'm Gracia Do, a licensed therapist in Rochester. I see adults across Minnesota by video, in English and Vietnamese.
Taking new clients right now. Getting in touch doesn't commit you to anything.

Maybe from the outside, your life looks like it's together. Inside, it's harder to name: anxious thoughts that won't settle, the same patterns with the people close to you, panic that arrives out of nowhere, or things you put away long ago that still shape how you see yourself.
A few things, done well
These four come up the most, and they tend to tangle together. We follow whatever is loudest for you right now.
Steady support, at the speed you can handle
I'm a licensed therapist. Most of the people I work with are carrying trauma, anxiety, or old relationship patterns they can't seem to shake on their own.
My work is trauma-informed, which mostly means we don't just chase symptoms. We get curious about what sits underneath the anxiety, the panic, the feeling that you're never quite good enough, and we start there.
I'm in Rochester and see clients all over Minnesota by video, in English and Vietnamese. You can meet from home, on a lunch break, wherever you actually feel okay talking.
More about GraciaThe tools I actually reach for
A lot of what brings people in started as a smart way to survive something hard. We begin by understanding that, then use whatever genuinely helps you.
- 01
EMDR
A structured way to work through memories that still hit hard, so they lose some of their grip.
- 02
Attachment-based therapy
How your earliest relationships taught you to connect, and why those habits still run the show.
- 03
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
Catching the thoughts that keep you stuck, then learning to answer them differently.
- 04
Somatic-based work
For the things talk can't reach. We pay attention to what your body is holding onto.
- 05
Motivational interviewing
Change happens on your terms. My job is to help you find your own reasons for it.
- 06
Strengths-based & positive psychology
We don't only dig into what hurts. We build on what is already going right for you.
- 07
Psychoeducation
Plain explanations of what is happening in your brain and body, so it feels less frightening.
None of this is me handing down answers. You know your life better than I ever will. I bring the training and a calm, curious second set of eyes, and we sort out what helps together.
Using your insurance
A few plans are in network through Headway, and checking yours takes a minute.

Common questions
Everything is virtual. As long as you're in Minnesota, we meet over secure video. Most clients log on from home or anywhere they can get a little privacy.
EMDR helps the brain reprocess difficult or traumatic memories so they stop feeling so loud. I bring it in gradually, after we've built enough of a foundation that it won't knock you over.
I'm in network with a few plans through Headway: Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna. Plans change often, so check your exact coverage through Headway or call your insurer before we start.
Mostly we just talk. You tell me what's going on and what you're hoping for, and we both get a feel for whether working together makes sense. You decide how much to share.
I see clients in English and Vietnamese.
